Real estate photography and video
Photos, a walkthrough video and aerial footage of the same property — in one visit and on one quote. We work with agencies and developers, and equally with those selling or letting their own home. You can count on us.
A full property shoot is normally split between a photographer, a videographer and a drone pilot: three calendars, three invoices and three different ideas about colour. We cover the property in a single visit. Stills and video come from the same light and the same grade, so the listing and the walkthrough don't look like two different homes.

Once there are several properties a month, logistics matter more than the unit price: grouped routes, a predictable turnaround and files named the way your portal needs them. Tell us how many properties, what type, how often and across how many towns — with that we look at a volume arrangement case by case.
You don't need to be an agency. If you're selling or letting your own home, it's exactly the same job and it's booked the same way, with no minimum number of properties. A small flat is covered in one morning.

What it costs
We don't publish a price range, because a range doesn't help anyone decide. It depends on concrete things: whether you want photo, video or both, and how many bedrooms. Two questions and you get a figure — not a "from". Drone and grounds are added afterwards, on top of the quote you already see.
VAT is not included. New clients pay 30% up front. Payment by cash, Bizum, PayPal or bank transfer.

How far do you travel?
We're based in Torrevieja and cover the whole Costa Blanca. Beyond 40 km from Torrevieja, travel is quoted separately, by the hour and in advance, both ways. We also work elsewhere in Spain with logistics agreed beforehand.
Can I book photos only, or video only?
Yes. Photo and video are booked separately or together, and the quote reflects that. If you're unsure, take photos only — that's what every portal asks for.
How long does the shoot take?
It varies: it depends on the amount of work, the floor area and the number of rooms. A two-bedroom flat, for example, takes about 30–45 minutes of photography and roughly the same for video. We pick the window with the best light for that orientation, and photo, video and drone all happen in the same visit.
Do I need to be there?
Not the whole time. Letting us in and showing the property is enough; from there we work on our own and message you when we are done. Many clients simply leave the keys at the office and we go out on our own.
Does the property need preparing?
It helps a great deal. Clearing personal items, emptying worktops and making the beds change the result more than any amount of retouching. If the home is occupied, tell us and we'll plan the order of the rooms. And if it is being prepared for short-term rental, add a welcome drink, fruit or flowers — it brings the frame to life.
How do you deliver the material?
Selection, colour and edit are on us. You get a download link with the files sized for the portal and in full resolution.
What languages do you work in?
Spanish, English and Russian, both in communication and in delivery.
How does payment work?
VAT is not included in the quote. New clients pay 30% up front. We accept cash, Bizum, PayPal and bank transfer.
